This morning we woke to find Easter baskets full of goodies, courtesy of Ebby and Kiddy, complete with crown, wand, bubbles, and candy. After lunch we met some friends at the new playground on base to have an Egg Hunt. Lucky for us, the playground was empty, so we had the entire place to ourselves. Of course it took all of 5 minutes for all 40+ eggs to be found, but that's the beauty of having it on a playground. The kids were entertained and we got to enjoy the weather, which was still cold, but at least the snow has melted! Here's to hoping that the weather man is wrong about more snow this week!

Prague with Juju
Juju came to visit for Mo's first birthday and we were thrilled to see her! We played and enjoyed each other's company for the entire week, and as usual, we were all sad to see her leave. John was on rotation so we decided to take a girl's trip to Prague. The trip was great, maybe a little cold, but otherwise we had fun. We shopped, ate, went to a toy museum, and even visited the Prague Zoo. I'm not sure if it's our constant "on the go" lifestyle or just luck of the draw, but Morgen is an excellent traveler. Nothing seems to faze her. She will just go and go, with hardly any protest. Just be sure that you have snacks :). Parker has not always been a great traveler, but she is making huge improvements and for the most part she did great on this trip. I'm sure it was made easier for her by Juju doing ANYTHING that she wanted!
Happy Birthday Mo!
This is a little late, but better late than never! Mo turned one in early February and Juju was here to celebrate with us. I decided to let Parker choose how we were going to celebrate to try and cut down on her "little green monster". As predicted, Parker chose to have Mo's "party" at Wolipiland. This is by far Parker's favorite place in Germany, and as it turned out, Mo was big enough to play in the ball area and had a good time.
For her birthday cake we decide on The Hungry Caterpillar, with the head being her "smash" cake and the body (cupcakes) being for her guests. The cake was precious and aside from a small hiccup of Mo wanting to eat EVERYTHING, it was a success!
At one year, Mo is not quite walking, she cruises on everything, but won't let go. She eats everything that we do (with her 6 teeth) and drinks milk using a sippy cup. We have been off the bottle since about 11 months (yay!). She still takes two naps a day, a long one in the morning and a shorter one in the afternoon. For the most part, she is a very easy going baby, which we are thankful for :).
